Upgrade of the existing village hall to make it more appealing and user friendly to residents in the area. The hall is now used for activities and is a central hub in the community.
Tayport Harbour is a working harbour engaged with both water- and land-based users. The Harbour is managed by the Tayport Harbour Trust which provides approximately 100 low-cost berths for small and medium (mostly) local vessels. The harbour is used by a wide range of other users: both those from the water (such as the Tay Corinthians sailing club, the RNLI, visiting boats, the local charity Taymara, kayaks, rowers, swimmers and so forth) as well as land-based users ranging from walkers on the coastal path, fishermen, painters and bird watchers to local visitors and dog walkers.
The renovation of an old farm steading into an event space, conference centre, children’s playground, and bicycle hire centre, car park and café. The event space will provide a venue for weddings, family celebrations, business training, conferences, team-building activity days and food fairs.
