Project Aims: To deliver a self-management & employability programme for young people with complex, severe & enduring mental health conditions, aiming to engage participants in volunteering, education, further vocational programmes and employment, previously considered out of reach. Our aim is to prevent further deterioration in the mental health of young people, providing them with tools and strategies to better self-manage their conditions and cope with future life challenges.
This project is due to start shortly. More details will follow as the project gets underway.
